We

We

It’s not us over there, they, you or them

It’s constantly forced upon the mind

It’s everywhere on television, electronic devices

Out of control

Blindly obsessing us all the time

Just when you think we figured it out and shifting into fix

Awe snap

We getting somewhere

NOPE, STOP

We ain’t done shit

Zombie looking and exhausted

Running miles of endless mazes in a daze

Is this real, or illusion or a feeling that’s just a phase

Not wanting to change

Lazy needs no work

No strength to even get out

Because fear is holding and death griping

Causing the lack of courage to just to be

Energy’s not good and could be better and the eyes refuse to see

Can’t we learn, grow and get along from our experiences in the classroom

Won’t we hear our truths

Let’s silence the head talk to allow the constant whispers coming through

We can make it work

The truth sits and just waits

Gotta, learn to handle the shifts, not vacate

At the last minute just before we can see

There is only us all together

Not I you or me

We
